Urethane Contour grinding requires the latest software, skilled machinists and the best equipment. Here at Plan Tech we have the latest machining ability’s and skilled trained machinist ready to tackle your next urethane contour profile. In many applications urethane can not be molded to size and will require grinding to print. Soft urethane contour grinding is very difficult to active a smooth finish. Plan Tech has been supplying high-quality parts around the world for the last 30 years and we have mastered this skill. We can also contour grind harder urethane profiles with our state of the art CNC lathe. All machining is done in-house with an array of special one off custom machines with machines that have years of experience. Urethane contour grounding finishes cost more but achieve precise finishes and tolerances in the 0.0005″ to 0.005″ range.
