Dual durometer urethane sheets increase equipment performance and longevity by offering a variety of product options. Dual durometer urethane sheets have become very popular due to the ability of urethane to be non-magnetic. There is an endless combination of sizes and durometers that we can manufacture. Most common dual durometer urethane sheets have a 75D duro hard outside finish that is chemically bonded to a softer duro outer surface. Depending on the application a variety of types and durometers of urethane can be cast to meet any need required.
Dual durometer urethane sheets provide longer service life when compared to plastics and rubber with lower noise abatement properties when compared to metals. Some other benefits of urethane include extensive wear-resist with abrasion resistance and excellent tear strength with elasticity-solvent resistance. Urethane will also operate at a minimal noise. Dual durometer sheets can be cast from a sponge-soft or iron-hard finish with excellent tear strength and solvent resistance. All colors, all duros with a variety of additives can be added to enhance wear properties, add lubricity, UV stabilized, flame retardant, or to reduce static build up. An FDA approved metal detectable additive can also be added for FDA requirements.

We also have Flow Waterjet that can cut any dual duro sheet into any shape requested. There are many ways to cut urethane but this is the best way we have found!
