Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008
Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that we are fully in compliance with the requirements of Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 lead-free products.
*This landmark consumer product safety law amended CPSA in 2008 and provided CPSC with significant new regulatory and enforcement tools as part of amending and enhancing several CPSC statutes, including the Consumer Product Safety Act. The CPSIA included provisions addressing, among other things, lead, phthalates, toy safety, durable infant or toddler products, third-party testing and certification, tracking labels, imports, ATVs, civil and criminal penalties and SaferProducts.gov, a publically-searchable database of reports of harm. The CPSIA also repealed a challenging agency funding limitation and increased the number of authorized CPSC commissioners from three to five.*

Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that our materials and our products are fully in compliance with the requirements of Conflict minerals.
*On August 22, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) adopted a new rule and form, as mandated by Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (“Dodd-Frank Act”), to require companies to publicly disclose their use of conflict minerals that originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”) or an adjoining country (together with the DRC, “Covered Countries”). The new rule takes effect on November 13, 2012.*
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that our policies and procedures are in compliance with the requirements of our Safety Data Policy and Procedures.
*The Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)), revised in 2012, requires that the chemical manufacturer, distributor, or importer provide Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) (formerly MSDSs or Material Safety Data Sheets) for each hazardous chemical to downstream users to communicate information on these hazards. The information contained in the SDS is largely the same as the MSDS, except now the SDSs are required to be presented in a consistent user-friendly, 16-section format. This brief provides guidance to help workers who handle hazardous chemicals to become familiar with the format and understand the contents of the SDSs.*
RoHS 2 Directive Compliance
Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that our materials and our products are fully in compliance with the requirements of European Union RoHS 2 Directive 2011/65/EU.

|Status||Substances and Limits|
It shall be noted that above maximum concentration values apply to each homogeneous material rather than a product or a part itself. A homogeneous material means material of uniform composition throughout that cannot be mechanically separated into different materials. Some companies have set stricter limits than above regulatory limits. For example, Apple’s limit for Cadmium in homogeneous material is 0.005%.*
Plan Tech, Inc. has established and applies for a quality system for manufacture of Cast Polyurethane Wheels, Rollers, and Custom Urethane Parts. The material in this order was processed according to raw material supplier specifications to meet your requirements.
*ISO creates documents that provide requirements, specifications, guidelines or characteristics that can be used consistently to ensure that materials, products, processes and services are fit for their purpose.*
ASTM Testing Procedures
Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that all of our Polyurethane parts are inspected and tested per ASTM standards such as Durometer, Tear Strength etc.

Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that we are fully in compliance with the requirements of European Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
*REACH applies to all chemical substances; not only those used in industrial processes but also in our day-to-day lives, for example in cleaning products, paints as well as in articles such as clothes, furniture and electrical appliances. Therefore, the regulation has an impact on most companies across the EU. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. It entered into force on 1 June 2007.*

These standards specify security controls for contractor information systems that handle Controlled Defense Information (CDI) — at both the contractor and subcontractor levels. These security controls are based on National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, detailed in NIST publication 800-171. DFARS requires non-federal organizations who render services to the DoD or host DoD applications to complete a CDI assessment and report findings to the DoD Chief Information Officer within 30 days of any DoD contract.*

Plan Tech, Inc. certifies that our products are certified with a full MTR upon request.
*An MTR certifies a material’s compliance with the standard specification such as ASME Section II Part A and B or ASTM. The MTR is supplied from the material manufacturer such as plate manufacturer, casting manufacturer, forging manufacturer, etc.*

Proposition 65 requires the state to maintain and update a list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.*
