Plan Tech, Inc. announces the acquisition of the Urethane assets of Comstock Industries

LOUDON, NH., December 12, 2023 – Plan Tech, Inc. announced the acquisition of the Urethane assets of Comstock Industries. For 43 years, Comstock Industries has been a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of precision machined parts for the aerospace, space, defense, medical, and general industries. The sales of its urethane division assets and trade secrets for manufacturing custom urethane parts, molded urethane rollers, and various polyurethane components for a wide variety of industrial applications will further enhance the offerings of Plan Tech.

Plan Tech VP Kevin Healy said, “This acquisition supports our dimensions of growth – organically growing by solving our customer’s problems and by acquiring specialty cast polyurethane companies.
