Plan Tech, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the assets of Industrial Wheels, Inc.

LOUDON, NH., April 6, 2020 – Plan Tech, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the assets of Industrial Wheels, Inc. Industrial Wheels is a 59-year-old Ohio based manufacturer of custom urethane amusement park wheels, molded urethane rollers and various polyurethane components for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Plan Tech VP Kevin Healy said, “This acquisition supports our dimensions of growth – organically growing by solving our customer’s problems and by acquiring specialty cast polyurethane companies. Acquisitions like Industrial Wheels help increase our penetration into Amusement Park applications as well as specialty cast urethane molded parts for a wide range of industrial applications. This will also help our current customers as Plan Tech’s capabilities will continue to grow into more specialized polyurethane applications.”
