The urethane valves are precision machined to exacting tolerances from high strength polyurethane formulation; this guarantees optimum performance even after several years of operational service. Also, our urethane butterfly valves are manufactured here in the United States, in our in-house facility to ensure the highest quality control. They are also tested and designed to your specifications prior to shipping.

We can also rebuild your existing worn urethane butterfly valve to “like-new” condition. Our clients have the flexibility of having their parts cast to size, die-cut, or machine finished. So whether you want new or rebuilt, we will produce a urethane butterfly valve with the assurance of excellent service life in your desired application. These urethane butterfly valves have an increased abrasion and extrusion resistance and they are also designed to operate in extreme pressures up to 7,500 psi and temperatures up to 71°C.

For over 30 years we have focused on using speed and precision to manufacture the highest quality industrial urethane butterfly valves to our customers. A particular strength is the breadth of our in-house capabilities such as grinding urethane parts which, when combined with our extensive experience, enables us to deliver tight tolerance custom urethane parts while maintaining the quality control and cost effectiveness our customers require. The tests are performed according to an established set of standards provided by an accredited testing organization such as the Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) who define the procedures in detail.
