Urethane conveyor belt rollers are typically made from a chemically bonded bearing coated with a high durometer urethane to create a roller. Several hundred of these custom cast urethane conveyor belt rollers will be fastened to a rack to make a conveyor system. Most systems will have a belt that is then placed over the rollers like a snowmobile track. The urethane conveyor belt rollers will take the weight of whatever is placed on the conveyor belt and transfer the weight load to the bearing and rack.
