In our over 30 years of producing urethane products like our spout liners, we have been able to work and forge a partnership with a good number of companies. Giving us high-level creativeness as we continue to meet the different demands of our highly esteemed customers.

Our rubber spout liners offer performance ability that makes them stand out from those of other brands in the industry. They have a remarkable ability to resist wear, chemicals, abrasion and corrosion. And when it comes to outstandingly withstanding harsh environmental conditions, our spout liners are up there among the very best.

Not only are we capable of premium grade spout liners, but we do so on a consistent basis which makes us the go-to company for any profile of rubber spout liners. Polyurethane is very similar to a rubber or plastic. Unlike nylon or UHMW, urethane can be compounded to produce very soft parts, as low as 30A Durometer, or up to very hard, 75D Durometer. Polyurethane is ideal in high demand applications were normal rubber would fail. Polyurethanes are formed by reacting a polyol (an alcohol with more than two reactive hydroxyl groups per molecule) with a diisocyanate or a polymeric isocyanate in the presence of suitable catalysts and additives. Because a variety of diisocyanates and a wide range of polyols can be used to produce polyurethane, a broad spectrum of materials can be produced to meet the needs of specific applications.
