Urethane v-rollers are found in many applications including shipping centers and assembly lines. At Plan Tech we have a full line of post-secondary operations in-house. We can also finish and assemble your urethane V-rollers to meet your most stringent specifications. If you need to duplicate existing urethane V-rollers or strip and re-coat a worn-out roller we can reverse engineer your existing OEM polyurethane V-rollers to match the original perfectly. Custom urethane V-rollers can come with either a bonded bearing or a pressed bearing commonly know as an idler wheel or will have a key way to act as a drive wheel. Custom Castings or stampings, weldments or fabricated cores are no problems for us! Common sizes. Diameters from ½” to 6″. Face widths from ½” to 6″.

We control the entire process from design to manufacturing. Mold making is at the very core of what we do. Our machine shop includes CNC Lathes, Mills and Grinders for machining cast urethane parts. We also have manual mills as well as a sheet metal and welding area. We have a Flow Water jet with 48×96 inch sheet capabilities and can cut a list of materials like Polyurethane, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon fiber, and most plastics.
