Urethane Worm and Pinion Gears – Made In USA

Urethane worm and pinion gears have a much better performance ability than most OEM gears and other materials because they are cast from high-quality material. Our urethane worm and pinion gears are perfect for conveying food processing plants due to their compactness and ability to alter the rotate either by increasing or decreasing it in a 90-degree design.

We also have worm and pinion gears available for the FDA dry use approved, and it is available in any hardness for urethane worm gears. Cast from a material that has high chemical resistance, we recommend the 95A hardness urethane worm and pinion gears for their excellent performance ability. The 95A hardness urethane worm gears also offer remarkable flexibility that gives the ability to return to their original size upon taking an impact. And these worm gears are also rigid enough to guarantee long service life even if the application highly demanding. We also have tailor-made urethane worm and pinion gears for specialized applications like the forming and processing of foods such as bread for instance.

And for every urethane worm gears that we manufacture and supply, it will come with new bearings and a full inspection report upon request. We control the entire process production from design to the actual manufacture. However, if what you want is the replacement of an already existing worm and pinion gears then we are glad to inform you that striping off coated shafts and reprocessing good cores is one of our specialties. We have a state of the art machine shop. Our machine shop includes CNC Lathes, Mills and Grinders for machining cast urethane parts. We also have manual mills as well as a sheet metal and welding area. In addition, we have a Flow Waterjet with 48×96 inch sheet capabilities and can cut a list of materials like Polyurethane, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon fiber, and most plastics.
